The Internal Talent Awards (ITA’s) are back for 2023! It's great to have this black-tie gala back on the calendar after experiencing so many event postponements and cancellations over the past few years.
The ITA’s are the brainchild of TaPod hosts Lauren Sharp and Craig Watson. Some brilliant, creative and resourceful people work behind the scenes within the internal talent industry. The ITA's shine a light on the great work being done by those working in internal recruitment, and gives us all a chance to recognise and celebrate them. I am proud to say that I have been asked to be an ITA’s judge again this year (the third year straight since its inception back in 2020).
Awards are presented across 16 different categories. People can nominate themselves, their team, or another internal recruitment star. After submissions close, the judges will assess the submissions to select the winners. Awards range from best talent, to best tech stack, to best Diversity and Inclusion program, and much more. The ITA’s Gala Ceremony took place – at the Dolton House in Hyde Park, Sydney on 7th September 2023.
