He owned and successfully ran a boutique advertising business “Ad Energy” for 12 years in Sydney specialising in Recruitment Advertising. Andrew also has the gift of foresight and long before others moved into online advertising recruitment platforms and job boards. He is particularly creative in the candidate attraction and marketing space. He consults and joins our team as an Associate Consultant and Recruitment Auditor. Also trained and well versed in our Audit methodology and with a strong business background and strong financial qualifications. Elizabeth Lam is possibly the best Graduate Recruiter, Bulk Recruitment and Assessment Centre designer in Australia today. With a career that started over 16 years ago in Recruitment including time as Head of Candidate Management with TMP Worldwide in Sydney. She is well versed in bulk candidate screening and selection. She now advises large corporations and government bodies on their recruitment and selection techniques and assessment methodologies. And is also well versed in CMS (Candidate Management Systems) selection, procurement and implementation.
