September 2017 Business Events, Sydney Australia

I was honoured this year to have been asked to support the HR Tech Summit in Sydney in September as a speaker and Tech Talk presenter at an event drawing over 150 HR Directors. Speaking on one of my favourite subjects HR technology and automation.

I will be facilitating a workshop reviewing the latest and greatest HR apps.

Over the last 12 months, the number of HR apps has exploded, with many organisations taking advantage of the mobility, flexibility and agility of workforce apps.

The talk will cover the following areas:

  • Providing a single portal into a range of systems using a central app
  • Can apps integrate with each other to form a cohesive system?
  • Which are the best-selling and most effective apps on the market today?
  • What are the pros and cons of the top five HR apps?

At Hill Consulting, we believe your people and HR automation are a vital part of any organisation’s operations, and supports its vision and strategy. Thought leaders recognise that good quality, timely and cost-efficient HR and talent acquisition gives organisations a competitive strategic advantage.

We work with businesses to provide them with this edge, so that good timely HR practices becomes a cornerstone of their workforce, productivity, engagement and culture.

It all starts with good HR practices. “Automate the mundane but then add people and value to other high touch HR approaches”.
