Your Help Please! Hill Consulting HRS is currently enlisting the help of candidates and Recruiters across Australia (and internationally) to help in a major piece of HR research that we are undertaking during January 2018.
From Monday 8th January we have launched our first of three surveys to gain deep market insights into the recruitment industry practices in Australia. This will be from three different perspectives. There will be a Candidate survey, a Recruiter survey and a HR in-house practitioner survey – staggered throughout January.
The first survey kicks off this week and is all about the candidate experience; their wants and needs and any issues they face with current practices. There is also a fantastic prize linked to the first survey to encourage participation. Click here to see more competition information .
So, if you’ve recently been a candidate yourself in a recruitment process (in the last two years) OR know someone who has been a candidate (friend or family member), please complete the survey and do please pass on and share on social media with your networks.
If you currently work or reside outside of Australia, we still welcome your input in the survey, please just indicate your country of residence in the demographics section.
The more people we can get to complete the surveys the better and deeper the insights.
Each survey should take no more than 5 to 7 minutes to complete.
We are also happy to share the results. Just leave your name and details at the end of each survey or contact us via the website below.
Two other surveys will be launched on the 12th Jan (Recruiter) and 19th Jan (In-house HR) respectively and will be promoted separately.
